Unsure about costs for WoS indexing?

I’m new to research publishing and feeling confused about Web of Science indexing. I don’t really understand the fees or what I need to pay during submission. Online information is hard for me to follow as a beginner. People keep talking about the cost for publishing in web of science | webofsciencejournal.com, but I don’t know what is normal or fair. If anyone can explain this in simple words or share experience, it would really help me understand and avoid mistakes.
