Using evaluation frameworks to unlearn bad trading habits

Hi all. I’m less interested in learning new strategies and more focused on unlearning bad habits. Recently I discovered evaluation-based trading platforms that operate fully in demo mode but enforce consistency and risk discipline. That approach feels very different from open demo accounts where anything goes. I’m wondering if this kind of framework actually helps strip away impulsive behavior, or if it simply replaces one routine with another. Any nuanced experiences would be great to hear.
