Godrej Parkshire Model apartments will be available on the construction site in two different floor plans: three or two bedrooms. These model units are expected around the formal launch window in January 2026, subject to permissions and on-site preparation. By examining these precise replicas, buyers can easily see the dimensions and layout of each room. If the on-site model apartment is not functioning on the day of the visit, buyers can request the floor plan PDF, sample layout drawings, and materials/spec sheet utilized in the model unit.
