Monarch Recovery Management keeps calling – is their "limited time offer" a trick?

I've been getting contacted by Monarch Recovery Management about an old debt, and I'm not sure how to handle it. They keep pushing me to use their online portal to "settle quickly" because they have a "limited service period" – basically implying I only have a short window to deal with them before things get worse.

The calls are frequent, and they make it sound like they're doing me a favor by being flexible. But when I asked for something in writing that shows the debt details and proves it's mine, the representative got vague and tried to steer me back to the website. I haven't received any official letter in the mail, just the phone pressure.

I looked them up and found this article that explains their tactics. It says their "limited service period" isn't a real legal deadline, just a pressure tactic, and that they've been sued for sending deceptive letters that don't explain things properly.

It also says to demand written validation before paying anything. Has anyone else experienced this with them? Did you ever get the proof you asked for, or did the calls just continue? I'm thinking of sending a certified letter demanding they validate the debt and stop calling until they do.
