For public files
For files that were uploaded as public, you do not need to call this endpoint to view them - although it's allowed.
When you want to view a file that was previously stored in "private" mode in storage, you'll need to call this endpoint.
Download and view access
Be aware that if the file in question does not belong to the authenticated customer profile calling the endpoint, an error is thrown
